Today we are pleased to announce the extension of the Expression of Interest (EOI) for health consumers with disability to join the 'Ready to Go Home' project co-design team.  This is a paid position to be involved in improving the WA hospital system for people with disability and requires a bi-monthly meeting commitment and the additional opportunity to be involved in developing resources and improving systems.  This EOI has been extended to Friday, 18 December in order to recruit candidates from:

  • Regional and remote Western Australia with any experience of disability and;
  • People from anywhere in the state with psychosocial disability and/or intellectual disability.

We encourage you to share this EOI opportunity through your networks.
