Notices to Produce and Notices to Give Information have been sent by the Disability Royal Commission to a number of large service providers. The scope is broad-ranging and the questions are detailed.

The information requests go well beyond anticipated questions on organisational details and response to incidents; they include how providers facilitate choice and control for clients and how people with disability are represented in their organisational structure.
