projectABLE opportunities in metro Melbourne and regional Victoria

Are you looking for strategies to grow and diversify your workforce to meet the demand the NDIS will bring? Does your organisation have practical opportunities for Secondary School students or TAFE students? The projectABLE program is offering opportunities for organisations in metro Melbourne and regional Victoria to tap into a pool of motivated students interested in joining our growing sector.

projectABLE runs free in-school workshops led by people with disability for TAFE and Secondary Schools (Years 10,11 and 12). In the last half hour of our workshops, we introduce students to local employers in their area.

This is an opportunity for members to connect with potential future employees, and an opportunity for students to find out more about working in the disability sector.

We are asking for expressions of interest from organisations who operate in the following areas:

  • Metropolitan Melbourne
  • Gippsland
  • Warrnambool
  • Shepparton
  • Mildura
  • Horsham
  • Swan Hill
  • Wodonga
  • Seymour
  • Geelong
  • Bendigo
  • Ballarat
