Last week, the Senate resolved to establish a Select Committee on Autism to inquire into the services, supports and life outcomes for people living with autism and to determine whether there is a need for a National Autism Strategy. Chaired by Senator Stirling Griff, it will be a long inquiry, not reporting until October 2021.
