NDS is pleased to announce that Janine Lenigas will join us as our new SA State and National Disability Practitioners Manager.

Janine comes to NDS with recent experience in the sector with NDS members and has an excellent understanding of the issues facing providers and the workforce.

Janine has also supported NDS in her previous roles as a member of our SA Divisional Committee.

One of Janine's first tasks will be reaching out to our SA members and our National Disability Practitioners (NDP) membership to introduce herself and to identify how we can better support you across both areas.

National Disability Practitioners (NDP) strives to build and maintain a capable, professional, and engaged workforce, committed to delivering high-quality supports and life opportunities for people with disability. An initiative of NDS, NDP represents a diverse community ranging from disability support workers to allied health practitioners, leaders, business support staff, students, and volunteers.
