NDS has prepared its submission in response to the recently released draft DES Quality Framework. The draft framework was released for consultation late last year, shortly after the Australian Government decided to extend the current Disability Employment Services (DES) contract until mid-2025. The Quality Framework is scheduled to be introduced from 1 July 2023.  

NDS supports the implementation of a new Quality Framework for DES and welcomes the extension of the DES contract. Our submission makes the following recommendations about the draft framework:
