We have stepped up advocacy and consultation as we seek to inform government responses to the NDIS Review.

The NDIA invites all providers to an online session to hear directly from the Agency about their new computer system, called PACE, and their new provider portal. The new system will soon replace the current computer system and myplace portal.

Throughout May and June, providers can choose from one of nine online information sessions that will familiarise them in the PACE system and portal.

As many providers will know, the new system has been trialled in Tasmania since November. It is intended to be more user-friendly, making it easier for NDIA staff, partners and providers to do their job and free up time to better support participants.

The information session is aimed for those outside of Tasmania, who have not used the PACE system or the portal yet.

In the session, the NDIA will give an overview of the Participant, Platform and Process initiative, also known as 3P, and how it aims to improve the participant and provider experience.

They will also go through the key changes from the Tasmanian trial.

The sessions are on 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26 May and 1, 14 and 19 June.

For more information and to register, go to the NDIS event page.

For all enquiries about these sessions, please contact events@ndis.gov.au, including the session name in the subject line.

Registration is through Eventbrite, please read the NDIA’s advice on using the Eventbrite platform on the NDIS website
