NDS commenced the new NDIS Job Matching Service in WA on 1 September to support the fast-growing disability sector address skills and recruitment needs while connecting job seekers with the right values to employment opportunities.

NDS can now work with registered disability service providers in the South West, Wheatbelt, Midwest/Gascoyne, Great Southern, Kalgoorlie-Esperance and Pilbara/Kimberley regions through:

• Workforce planning consultancy services
• Identifying & resolving local barriers to attracting, recruiting and retaining a skilled and value-driven workforce
• Providing up-to-date information on state and federal training & employment schemes
• Brokering strategic relationships with local training & employment providers
