The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has commenced a review of the way the Agency sets the limits for pricing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), referred to as the SDA Pricing Review. 

This will be the first full review of the underlying assumptions and methods used to calculate SDA prices. 

It will account for current and future costs and other factors for building and supplying disability accommodation.  The Terms of Reference can be downloaded from the NDIS website.
