NDIA announces improved process for requesting Home and Living supports and new ways to provide feedback

The NDIA has introduced a new process for requesting home and living supports.

From 9 June 2022, home and living supports will be considered holistically as part of an overall NDIS plan, meaning that they will no longer be considered separately from regular plan reviews. Under the new process, home and living supports can be requested through a new Supporting Evidence Form â Home and Living which replaces the previous âHome and Living Supports Request Formâ. The new form can be used:
