The NDIA Financial Benchmarking Survey collects financial information from NDIS service providers to better understand the costs of providing disability services and to inform future pricing decisions.

The NDIA has engaged Deloitte to administer this year's survey, which opened to service providers on Monday 29 March 2021 and will remain available for completion until 11.59pm (AWST) Sunday, 11 April 2021.

Participation is mandatory for any providers who have claimed, or intend to claim, the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) before 30 June 2021. Providers who do not claim the TTP are also invited to complete the survey and while their participation is optional, their responses are also valued.

Eligible providers were contacted by Deloitte via email with further details and a link to the survey platform. Any questions about the survey should be directed to ttpsurvey@deloitte.com.au. Any queries regarding your TTP obligations in completing the survey should be directed to the NDIA.

The short timeframe to complete this survey will make it difficult for some providers to complete on time. NDS has contacted the NDIA to ask whether it can be extended but has not yet had a response.
