Local Jobs Plan - Recovery Fund Opportunity

The Department of Education, Skills and Employment is inviting funding submissions under the Local Jobs Program. The program focuses on reskilling, upskilling and employment pathways to assist people to move back into jobs as the economy recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stakeholders from the 25 selected regions across Australia can now submit proposals for Release 1 of the Local Recovery Fund. In developing their proposals, stakeholders are encouraged to engage with their local Employment Facilitators and Local Jobs and Skills Taskforces to help ensure the priorities identified in the Jobs Plan for their region are addressed.
