In the wake of two large scale cyber security attacks in Australia, many organisations are now thinking more carefully about the information they are storing and the strength of the systems that protect it.  

Under Principle 2 of the NDIS Code of Conduct, NDIS providers are required to ‘respect the privacy of people with a disability’, including thorough compliance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and State and Territory privacy laws. This includes:
