The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has issued a Communique on the Trial to test the impact of proposed wage setting changes on Australian Disability Enterprises (ADEs) and supported employees.

The Trial will commence in mid-March 2021 and run for three months after which time an evaluation will begin. NDS is a member of the steering group chosen by the FWC to oversee the Trial. Thirty-three ADEs have been selected to participate, however, these organisations have not been publicly announced.
