Three Award review parties have now lodged their final written submissions in the long running review of the Supported Employment Services (SES) Award. The submissions were lodged by the Department of Social Services (DSS), the employer parties (including NDS) and the Advocate parties (AED Legal).

DSS lodged their submission following a request by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) at the hearing in August 2022 that some contested matters be clarified. The FWC requested that DSS provide a submission addressing:
