The topics of housing and workforce are two of the biggest concerns facing the disability sector today. To encourage dialogue around these important areas, NDS is hosting Outside the Box – a national conference that will unpack all things accommodation and workforce over two days.

Don’t miss this opportunity to join CEOs, senior managers, HR professionals and attendees from outside the sector as we tackle these topics together.

Day One of the conference will be dedicated to disability housing. Hear Owen Jourdian, Managing Director of Illowra Projects, break down his organisation’s client-central approach to developing disability housing; as well as Libby Callaway from Monash University explore how technology can drive innovation in housing and support.

The topic of workforce will be explored on Day Two of the conference in a number of panel discussions. This will be your opportunity to hear from colleagues from both within and beyond the sector tackle a range of challenges, from how to build a diverse workforce to the challenges and rewards of self-management.

Early Bird registrations for Outside the Box close this Friday, 10 August, so register now to gain discounted entry to this not-to-be-missed event.
