Public hearing 30 of the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability (DRC) will examine Australian guardianship and administration laws and policies, focusing on how substituted decision-making affects the rights of people with disability. It will concentrate on circumstances in Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. The following definitions pertain to this hearing:
