Consultation on SA Skills Regulations and Standards

The South Australian Government is seeking feedback on the proposed new Skills Regulations and Standards.  These draft Regulations [PDF] and Standards [PDF] will replace the current Training and Skills Development Regulations 2008 as well as the Training and Skills Commission Guidelines. 

The consultation documents have been published on the YourSAy website, where you can submit your feedback.

The Department for Innovation and Skills is hosting information sessions, where you can have your questions answered, before providing feedback.

Register for an information session scheduled for:

  • Tuesday, 27 April (at Business SA)
  • Thursday, 29 April (online via MS teams)
  • Monday, 3 May (at the Department for Innovation and Skills - for training providers)
  • Tuesday, 4 May (online via MS teams).

It is anticipated that the updated South Australian Skills Act (the SAS Act) come into effect on 1 July 2021.
