NDS, in consultation with the Board and the National Committee on Supported Employment, has developed a draft Industry Vision for the supported employment sector. The Industry Vision seeks to guide supported employment services through a full transition to the NDIS, and a series of challenging reforms while positioning the sector to thrive in a post COVID-19 operating environment. The Industry Vision includes a companion document identifying the role of Government in its implementation.
