NDS's BuyAbility contract management service is being wound down and 61 contracts held directly with NSW Government are being transitioned back to the relevant Disability Enterprises.

NDS and the NSW Government are committed to ensuring no disability enterprise is disadvantaged through this process. The contracts have an approximate value of $5.5M and ensuring they continue is critical to the viability of these businesses and their capacity to continue employing their supported employees.
