NDIS Checks are continuing to be a major source of frustration and recruitment bottlenecks across Victoria. Over 120 providers have contacted NDS on this issue since February.

NDS is concerned not only about the current impact of recruitment delays on participants and staff, but also the impact of the requirements on the availability of workforce after 1 August when existing staff in risk assessed roles with registered providers are required to have NDIS Check clearances.
