NDS is excited to announce it has received funding to develop a suite of risk, incidents and complaints resources for providers supporting people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

This project is an extension of the successful Risk, Incidents and Complaints Management project delivered this year.

NDS will be conducting consultations (1:1 interview or small groups) early in 2022 to explore the risk, incidents and complaints resource and training needs specifically for these providers. The purpose of consultations is to build an understanding of stakeholders’ perspectives and experiences in relation to risks, incidents and complaints management and to explore resources and training that would assist providers in the management of their risk, incidents, and complaints systems.

If you are a provider supporting people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and would like to be part of the consultations and/or advisory group, please contact Mary Lou McPherson: submit enquiry/feedback
