As indicated on 30 June, NDS is in discussion with the NDIA to resolve issues related to the new NDIS Price Guide. Discussions are progressing well and will continue this week.

Not all is yet clear or resolved, but early advice indicates the following:

Service agreements

The new Price Guide states: "Prices that have already been explicitly set in service agreements between providers and participants are not affected by changes to maximum prices, even if the service agreement is for the delivery of supports after 1 July 2017."
