AbleInsight is undertaking another round of the financial benchmarking survey for NDIS providers. Collection 3 (C3) for the Survey is now open, covering data for the 2017/18 financial year.

The complex data set gathered from this survey will assist in monitoring the financial wellbeing of providers, inform government's market stewardship function, and build an understanding of the real costs of providing disability supports across Australia.

The more providers that contribute data, the greater the depth and value of the insights generated.

There is no charge for providers to participate, and the data you contribute will be confidential to the independent Survey Manager.

Participating organisations will receive an individualised benchmarking report, and aggregate data will be reported publicly.

Register and take the survey here.

Information from the first and second collection surveys (for the 2015/16 and 2016/17 years, respectively) can be found in AbleInsight’s Sector Summary Reports.

Key insights from these reports include statistics on cost and employment type mix for support workers; the span of control and hours worked by Line Managers; service types provided to clients; and others.
