NDS’s Membership Recognition Awards acknowledge the loyalty, support and contributions of Organisational Members that have reached the milestones of 20, 30, 40 and 50 years of continued NDS membership.
In December 2018, 11 members were recognised for their long-standing partnership with NDS.

- Flourish Australia
Flourish Australia is a not-for-profit organisation providing support programs, employment, accommodation and hope for about 5,000 people with a lived experience of a mental health issue in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. Advocating community-based assistance, it is a leading mental health support provider that has been in operation for more than 60 years. Over 52% of Flourish Australia’s staff have a lived experience of a mental health issue.
Flourish was formerly known as RichmondPRA; the result of two well-known and respected organisations—Richmond Fellowship of NSW and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Australia (PRA)—merging in mid-2012 in order to provide more choice and services.
