NDIS Simple Financial Management is a highly regarded online training program designed to support providers operating in an NDIS environment to understand the financial levers that underpin the sustainability of their organisation. The content was created at the time of transition to the NDIS and the financial management principles remain relevant. Some of the product categories and financial references are drawn from the data available at the time of content creation so are to be taken as examples only.

This important series acknowledges that support leaders “signed up to make a difference – not a profit”. It also acknowledges that they are busy people who tend to focus on the urgent because they don’t always have time for the important. The series of webinars explores key financial levers and provide simple worked examples, questions, models, and templates.
