Royal Commission makes findings on provider hearing

The RC has released its report on Public Hearing 13, a case study focusing on a group home run by service provider Sunnyfield.
The report suggests that 'the significance of the evidence... goes beyond the specific circumstances of the case studies and extends to systemic issues' The 24 findings and three recommendations can be roughly divided into four themes which all service providers should reflect on with respect to their own service provision.
