Day Four of Public Hearing 32: Service Providers Revisited focused on how service providers address complaints and incidents. The hearing also revisited findings and recommendations from Public Hearings 3 (Yooralla) and Public Hearing 20 (Life Without Barriers) and what the providers have done in response to their appearance before the Commission.Â
