This resource is best suited for Disability support workers, carers, and people with disability.

About these resources

These resources have been funded by the Healthy Tasmania Fund through the Tasmanian Government. The videos were created for people with disability and those that support them. The resources were developed in response to feedback from stakeholders in the community. The aim is to equip people with the skills and knowledge to improve their healthy eating.

NDS have collaborated with Healthy Tasmania and Nutrition Solutions Tasmania to developed 10 cooking videos. Each recipe features step by step instructions from Dietician Stephen Hodgkinson. In the videos Stephen highlights healthy eating benefits and possible dietary modifications.
