Registrations are open for NDS's Disability Hot Topics Breakfast in Adelaide
Each year, NDS holds a Disability Hot Topics Breakfast for state CEOs and managers to discuss the major issues facing the sector and how they affect South Australian providers. It is the first in-person meeting of the year and a chance for the NDS community to exchange ideas and prepare for the year ahead.
This year’s breakfast will be at the Walkers Arms Hotel in Adelaide on 21 February.
Over a delicious breakfast, NDS CEO Laurie Leigh will take you through key national themes and findings in the recent State of the Disability Report, before adding the perspectives and specific issues of South Australian providers. She will also outline the action NDS and government bodies are taking to address the issues and create a sustainable sector.
Providing the SA Government’s perspective, the Minister for Human Services, the Hon. Nat Cook MP, will also be speaking.
