Although there's been a widespread shortage of rapid antigen tests, disability advocates say the government process for their sector to access test kits is unworkable.
"The disability workforce is really strongly fatigued." said Laurie Leigh, CEO of National Disability Services.
She said while the aged care sector has had access to the national stockpile, there hasn't been any equivalent access for disability.
