Working With Children (WWC) Amendments in WA

The WA Government is progressing changes to the Working With Children (WWC) Act 2004 and looking to implement the Royal Commission recommendations through this legislation. One particularly important area to note is the obligation to be placed on WWC cardholders to notify of relevant changes to their personal details, residential address or child related work.
