A New Approach to Policy and Advocacy at NDS 

I want to let you know about some changes happening to our policy and advocacy work at NDS, which will align the organisation more closely to NDS's new strategic direction. The new approach will ensure that we support our members better by providing a more dedicated focus on the key policy and advocacy challenges facing our sector.

To enable a more holistic and strategic approach to our policy work, I’m creating a new Policy and Advocacy division, led by a newly created role of Director of Policy and Advocacy. The new team will centralise all work on in the areas of Workforce, Quality and Safeguards, and Employment, under a 'centre of excellence' approach that integrates our work on policy, projects, and advocacy.
