As a Quality Auditor under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission), QIP is proud to support disability service providers to achieve  certification and verification against the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators (NDIS Practice Standards).

With more than 25 years’ experience supporting community and human service providers nationwide to achieve accreditation, certification or verification, QIP has worked with disability service providers of varying size and scope of service.

QIP is dedicated to working with service providers to deliver supportive, personalised, transparent, impartial and streamlined certification and verification solutions in line with the NDIS (Approved Quality Auditors Scheme) Guidelines 2018.

Recognising that NDIS participants are the prime focus and to ensure service providers feel prepared and confident during the certification or verification assessment, the QIP client liaison team is committed to guiding service providers on their NDIS journey. QIP works collaboratively with service providers so they can continue to focus on improving the lives of people with disability. QIP has developed (and is always improving on) a suite of personalised support systems for clients to help them understand and successfully complete the audit process.
