For disability service providers in Western Australia

The WA Behaviour Support Team will deliver an information sharing engagement session to registered WA NDIS providers with a focus on positive behaviour support, restrictive practices and understanding the implementation of the Behaviour Support Rules (2018).

This information session will provide:

  • A discussion on behaviour support topics, as chosen by attendees
  • Compliance education to implementing providers and behaviour support practitioners on the Behaviour Support Rules (2018)
  • Further information on new NDIS Commission material and guidance on where to find the answers to FAQ’s such as practice guidance, practice alerts and the NDIS Commission website 
  • Opportunities to discuss trends with, or experienced by, implementing providers and behaviour support practitioners.
