Pharmaceutical Society of Australia’s Medicine Safety: Disability Care Report notes an estimated 250,000 hospital admissions each year resultant from medication errors.

People with disability face many challenges and barriers to safe medicine use from prescribing to administration and medication management.

How, as a sector, can we improve medicine safety and efficiency? Join Adeline Tan, Senior Pharmacist from the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) to hear about the recommendations, and implications for disability service providers.

Attendees will have an opportunity for Q and A with the presenter at the end of the session.
