For disability service providers in Western Australia
Audits can be a challenging time for organisations and teams. This workshop, led by a NDIS auditor will give tips from an auditor’s perspective on how to avoid non-conformities. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and explore their own experiences of non-conformities through audit process.
This workshop will explore:
- Common non-conformities and how to address them
- Understanding the auditor’s perspective of the process
- Tips on how to avoid receiving non-conformities

This workshop has been developed for senior leaders and quality managers from disability service providers in Western Australia.

This workshop will be delivered by Leanda Syme who has 30 years’ experience working in the disability sector. Leanda specialises in designing and conducting stakeholder consultations, developing and delivering training, auditing, co-design, evaluating and improving service quality.
