WA Quality and Safeguarding Community of Practice

The WA Quality and Safeguarding Community of Practice (CoP) is a bi-monthly peer-led forum for NDIS disability service providers in WA to share information and have the opportunity to problem solve and to learn from each other, on matters relating to person-centred practice, positive behaviour support, quality and safeguarding.
The CoP allows members to:
- Participate in the exchange of practices and strategies amongst different organisations,
- Build their individual and group capacity in compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and processes and
- Strengthen professional relationships across the sector.
The overall objective is to support NDIS disability service providers to deliver high quality and safe supports and services, in which people with disability rights are upheld, including the right to make choices and have control in the services they receive.
Who Should Attend?
Disability service providers and staff in Western Australia involved in the design and implementation of quality and safeguarding systems.
