As requested by members, NDS is pleased to announce another Community of Practice to address important issues with the new wage and classification structure in the Supported Employment Services (SES) Award. On Friday 31 March, an online Community of Practice will examine how to apply the new classification structure before it comes into effect on 1 July.

Kyle Scott of Australian Business Lawyers and Associates (ABLA) has been working closely with NDS and other employer parties during the Fair Work Commission’s review of the SES Award. ABLA have been developing a comprehensive guide to the new classification structure and its application in supported employment across Australia.
