Did you know that Resilience and engagement are closely linked? As you increase levels of engagement within a team the levels of individual resilience within that group also improves.

SACS and NDS invites you to join us for a two-hour interactive online workshop focused on this topic giving you clear guidance and proven tools to optimise the levels of resilience and engagement across your workforce.

During this workshop you will learn all about the latest research on the topic including:

  • What is resilience?
  • The benefits of having resilient employees
  • Influence of nature and nurture on resilience
  • Causes and consequences of work engagement
  • How to build engagement and resilience within your workforce

Your Presenter: Andrew Marty is one of Australia’s best-known workplace psychologists. An active researcher in the field of organisational psychology, he brings findings from science to life so that organisations can use them in their day-to-day work. He is a popular and entertaining speaker and a skilled facilitator.
