The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has released its final decision and determination in the long-running review of the Supported Employment Services (SES) Award 2020.  The decision finalises a new wage and classification structure for employees with disability who work in supported employment.  

The decision clarifies a range of matters for the application of the new wage and classification structure in the SES Award. It follows a final round of submissions and evidence provided by various parties (including NDS) to the FWC in early December.
