Held over two days, this conference will focus on how to help others navigate change and help create a culture of trust, positive learning, and a healthy approach to change to turn stress and fear into win-win situations. 

After years of virtual events, this face-to-face event has an expected attendance of over 300 delegates.

The conference program is aimed at disability service providers nationally, with delegates consisting of board members, CEOs, managers, and staff as well as senior representatives from state and local governments.
