The NDIS Independent Review Panel has released a discussion paper outlining their approach to consultation. The paper also collates some of the key messages from previous consultations, inquiries and reviews. 

On 18 October, the Minister for the NDIS, Bill Shorten MP, announced an Independent Review to ‘look at the design, operations and sustainability of the NDIS. It will also look at ways to make the market and workforce more responsive, supportive and sustainable.’
