NDS reminds members that key changes from the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs Better Pay) Act 2022 come into effect on Tuesday 6 June.

The changes affect how supported or single-interest bargaining can be initiated and the way that the Better Off Overall Test (BOOT) will be assessed and reassessed during the life of an enterprise agreement. NDS has been in discussions with unions and the relevant Ministers to share the sector’s positions on the changes.
