NDS Helpdesk Access

The NDS Helpdesk provides support for NDIS enquiries only.

The Helpdesk is available to all NDS Organisational Members and Associates, all Victorian and current or potential Queensland disability service providers until June 2019 and all registered disability service providers in Western Australia until September 2019.

If you are not an NDS member but do provide services in Victoria, Western Australia or Queensland, you can register now for temporary access. If it's long-term access you're looking for, why not become an NDS member.

If you're already a registered user of the NDS website, there's no need to complete this form. Simply log in.

The Helpdesk is temporarily available and FREE to all Victorian and current or potential Queensland disability service providers until June 2019 and all registered providers in Western Australia until September 2019, after which the helpdesk service will only be available to NDS Members.
