A communications plan provides a solid and effective structure that shapes your marketing efforts. This leaves you equipped to engage with stakeholders, and truly make an impact through marketing.

Over a one-hour lunchtime webinar, communications experts at Lumin and Think HQ will take you through the following:

  • Common problems experienced by disability service providers in planning tactics
  • How a communications plan can provide a structure for effective marketing
  • Key messages and audiences
  • Choosing social media tactics

At the conclusion of the session, the Lumin team will take questions from attendees, who’ll be encouraged to bring an issue they have had during their own experience of marketing and communication for discussion. Prior to the workshop, attendees will be provided with one-week complimentary access to Lumin, where you can view a number of different courses related to the workshop.

For more information contact Sophie Spence via or via phone on (03) 9682 0259.
