NDS Leadership Innovation Network – Workshop Two: Innovation and Customer Centricity
This is the second offering of the NDS Leadership Innovation Network for 2017-18. The Network has been established to support executives working in the disability and related sectors to manage organisations through complex change.
New technologies arrive all the time but some reach a point of ubiquity that drives transformational change - Change to the way business models work, the way we create wealth, the way we have a conversation with our customers and the way we solve old and wicked problems.
But what can the community sector learn from the massive upheavals being driven by new technologies in the for-profit sector? How do we use new technologies to grow public value and create new conversations with the clients who need to access our services?
In this session, David Bartlett will extrapolate from major trends in the ‘for profit’ sectors and introduce new ways of looking at the world of service delivery and innovation in the ‘for good’ sectors. These lenses will help service providers plan for new ways of working and new shared language that that sector can apply to old and wicked problems.
