Your role in Positive Behaviour Support - registrations now open

Reads: Your role in positive behaviour support. Small Changes. Big Differences 9 June 2021 Virtual conference

Registrations are now open for NDS’s Your Role in Positive Behaviour Support virtual conference.

The theme for our inaugural event is small changes, big differences, focussing on the development of positive behaviour support skills and the role we all have in improving the quality of life for people with disability.   We’ll share a focus on human rights, present current research and explore the practical ways you can work towards reducing and eliminating restrictive practices.

NDS welcomes and encourages attendance of behaviour support practitioners, direct support workers and their team leaders, allied health providers, CEO’s and quality team managers, people with disability, and family members and carers who may have been involved in positive behaviour support and restrictive practices.

Conference sessions will be available on-demand for 12 months after the conference.

NDS is pleased to be able to offer free attendance to the day, supported by a two-year funding grant from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
