Disability providers require effective workforce practices to succeed in an NDIS environment, characterised by increasing competition for skilled workers and competitive markets.

NDS invites you to a workshop that will explore effective and purpose-driven ways of working in relation to:

  • Workforce planning and strategy
  • Recruitment
  • Retention
  • Performance management
  • Training and development

This full-day workshop will provide you with practical examples of how you can improve staff retention and satisfaction; deepen your understanding of workforce dynamics; and explore the benefits of being a purpose-driven organisation.

This workshop will be hosted by Yumi Stamet from Purpose at Work. Yumi brings extensive knowledge of the disability sector workforce and of innovative workforce practices suited to the sector. She is driven to create human-centred workplaces where people can flourish and do their best work.
