This masterclass is only available to Boards Summit delegates.

Time: 1:00pm  - 5:00pm
Friday, 24 May 2019
Location: Kedron-Wavell Services Club, Chermside

How is your organisation navigating the winds of change? How are you – personally - travelling in those changes?

This special masterclass is exclusively for CEOs or heads of disability programs. It is especially relevant to small and medium sized organisations. This event is highly interactive, so please come prepared to share with and learn from your colleagues.

The workshop will examine:

  • Big picture opportunities and challenges: We will have time with David Moody, Acting CEO, National Disability Services

  • Your organisation’s strategy: Let’s chat about the strategic challenges for your organisation and how are you solving them. We will also hear from Mark Jessop, CEO of Nexus Inc., a small provider which has thrived under NDIS

  • You: How you are faring in the winds of change? What helps and what hinders?
  • Your Board: In preparation for the NDS Queensland Board Summit the following day, how are CEOs working with their Boards in the new environment?

Alan is an expert in the governance of non-profit organisations, and has a particular interest in NDIS and the new NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
